Secrets for Woodpecker CI/CD

Set these in the Woodpecker Web UI for this repository

SSH_KEY: Base64-encoded SSH private key for docker-2.local

Generate: base64 -w0 < ~/.ssh/id_rsa

This allows Woodpecker to deploy to your Docker Swarm

TEAMS_WEBHOOK: Microsoft Teams webhook URL

This allows Woodpecker to send deployment notifications

To set secrets:

1. Go to Woodpecker Web UI: https://woodpecker.bryanmail.net

2. Select repository: homelab/compose-files

3. Settings → Secrets

4. Add SSH_KEY and TEAMS_WEBHOOK
